What's new in the V3 ?
----------------------

Thanks to LoreRaider spontaneous and precious help, I managed to fixed several more stuff
in the game to make it an even better experience. None of this would have been possible
if he did not reach to me. So a huge thank you to LoreRaider !
Those fixes do not change the gameplay at all, walkthrough are still 100% compatible.
Savegames from previous versions won't work.

1. Subtitles for all cutscenes
New moves: roll out of crawlspace and ladder to crawlspace
New "Game over" text when Lara Croft dies
New features and many engine fixes thanks to FLEP (footsteps, reverb,...)
Many textures fixes and geometry fixes
Lighting fixes for better visuals on most parts
Fixed a lot of missing sounds. Now the pushable sound is fully there, all lever have
the louder sound effect instead of the discreet one, the crowbar lever is not silent
anymore, all doors and bats have sound on all levels, ...
Fixed missing facets on some objects and restored collision on objects that were
   missing it.
Fixed the screen shaking when some triggers are activated and fixed the "new diary
entry" line appearing more than once for the same entry.
New set of weapons similar to the originals but remade and better looking. (by Sponge)
   New diary entries

2. Moved some triggers around so bats won't bite you while the flyby is playing in the
   archeological dig.
Fixed monkey swing in the giant pit in the beggining, fixed ladders and their
   vertical triggers.

3. Underground temple : Changed the trapdoor in the plough trap room because it was
possible to easily glitch through the old one in order to skip this part. Also it
brings a better visual clue when you found it (it blends less with the floor) and
a better audio clue when you open it.
Fixed trapdoor textures and trapdoor disappearing after opening.
The plough trap also have an anti-trigger now so you won't hear it again randomly.
   Fixed horizon.
Fixed flickering raising block (object corrected by Lore Raider)
Many small fixes in the cutscenes.

4. Fixed the snake HP in Lost Tomb so it's not as strong as it was. (Did not really
made sens to have this enemy so strong since it wasn't that harmfull)
Fixed cutscene to add a missing object important to the point of the cutscene.
That one character now goes away at the end of the cutscene and is not just
   standing there for ever.
   Fixed horizon.
Fixed flickering raising block (object corrected by Lore Raider)

5. Fixed broken wad for Serapis Warth making it possible to fix several things like
some transition in lighting, getting some trapdoor to close after visiting them
and the crossbow in inventory is now the right one. (wad fixed by Lore Raider)
Fixed the static object behind switches, it now has colision.
Fixed flipmap at the end so you actually can't go below the sand flooded room

6. Fixed visual for the train level. It now features fog that works nicely with an
updated horizon made by Lore Raider.
   Fixed flickering doors.

7. Fixed item that was not disappearing after being picked up in Cairo. It is now
disappearing correctly and does not stay visible after being picked up.
   Better map in the diary.
   Fixed horizon
Fixed triggers for ennemies, some room textures changed for better visuals
Fixed flickering raising block (object corrected by Lore Raider)
Fixed softlock with a timed raising block.

8. New cutscene in Suethek Hideout, giving Lara Croft a second diary object fleshing
out the story and characters a little bit. It also provides hints for a puzzle in
the level. It doesn't change the original gameplay at all.
The first key inside the train car has been visually changed for a key card. It
   does not change the gameplay.
Fixed blowing up floor, now the animating does not show up before the explosion.
   Fixed flickering doors.
There is an actual mirror in the bathroom now.

9. Fixed horizon in Cursed City
Track is not playing in loop anymore
New cutscene at the end of the game
Fixed weird blue windows on the jeep animating object
   In game credits
Post credit scene to avoid confusion

Previously updated on V2
------------------------

1. Fixed design for the crossbow ammo in levels 1, 2 and 3.

2. Archeological Dig :
-Moved the trigger for bats and moved dogs to avoid being attacked during both flyby.
-Fixed the buggy displayed "Secret phone number" item in the inventory if not used in
the previous level. It just disappears from the inventory since you won't need it later.

3. Downtown Cairo : Textures fixed

4. Suethek Hideout :
-The second (and useless) "Backdoor key" is now removed. There is just the one hidden
in the crate inside the train car and the second one on the top of the train car is
replaced with a Uzi. This is to avoid confusion having the same key twice.
-A shortcut to the fuse machine has been added to avoid annoying back tracking if you
already been there once without the fuse. It also gives you another way to get down
loosing less health but this shortcut can't be used for the secret.
-Climbable wall has been expended to both side of the "steamy ladder" to make it easier
    to climb up there.
   -Some texture fixes

5. Cursed City : Textures fixed

SECRETS
-------

There are 45 secrets in the game. They will give you early access to some weapons,
ammo and health.

THE CRAFT OF CROFT
------------------

Rolling out of crawlspace move:
Face the end of the crawlspace and then hit forward and jump. It's a faster way to
get out of a crawlspace. This move is not mandatory to the gameplay.

Climbing into a crawlspace from a ladder:
At the top of the ladder, hit forward and duck to climb into the crawlspace.

Lara Croft has a diary, she writes her thoughts in it. Check it out for story elements
and clues on the puzzles.

KNOWN BUGS | MUST READ
----------------------

To avoid issues, the cheatcodes have been disabled in the game.

Do not ever let the golden scarab behind you. Always pick it up when it's done running. Otherwise
if you ever die and reload you might lost it forever and the game will begin to act weird and
probably will be impossible to finish. (Triggers ramdomly triggered without stepping on it,
important pick-ups disappearing before you get a chance to get them,...)

If you try to use a pushable and a burning torch happens to be on the square you want the
pushable to go to, Lara Croft won't move the pushable as if the burning torch was a wall.
You have to move around the burning torch first and then Lara Croft will act as usual with
the pushable.

NOTES
-----

There is a lot of stuff you can pick up and will probably end up having a lot of flares, ammo
and health in your inventory. It can be seen as a balance issue and I get that, but the idea
behind putting so much stuff in the level set was just player's comfort. I did not wanted the
player to get stuck being short on health and I wanted the players to be able to use their
favorite weapon with enough ammo to enjoy it through the whole game. There are a lot of flares
because some people gets a very dark screen even with bright levels and/or some people just like
to light things up all the time to make sure they are not missing anything. Some people playing
TRLE levels are very skills and some other not at all. I wanted everyone to be able to enjoy my
work so that is the reason there are so so much pick ups !
